survey of new homeowners, which involved more than twenty home builders. Wolter
Brothers won the coveted #1 ranking by scoring higher in key areas of home building such as: Adherence to Budget, Timeliness and Overall
Satisfaction. In 2003 Milwaukee Magazine repeated and expanded
it's survey and Wolter Brothers Home Builders won again! Wolter Brothers received the
highest score among Mid-Priced Homes in Southeastern Wisconsin in the areas of Allowances, Response After Construction, Framing, Flooring, Electric, Plumbing, Cleanup and Overall.
